If a complaint is received about a noisy or aggressive pet, the owner will be contacted. If the problem persists the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property and my be held responsible for any complaints received from other guests due to the pet.
Heights House Hotel is not responsible for unattended pets that may exit the guest room entry door.
We reserve the right to refuse housekeeping services for those guest rooms with an unattended pet not confined to a carrier.
Guest will be held responsible for any damage caused by or liability arising from his/her pet to any person, the guest room or any other area of the hotel and will be charged. Payment of the pet fee does not relieve the guest of this responsibility.
