Being a “Pet-Friendly” hotel means more than just allowing pets on the premises.

Just $50 per pet, per stay! It means welcoming your pet and providing the accommodations to make them as comfortable as possible.

To assure the comfort and safety of your pets, our staff, and other guests, we have established a few policies.

No more than one pet may be housed in any guest room without prior approval of management.

A non-refundable pet fee will be charged for each guest room. Service animals for people with disabilities will be exempt of these charges. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the fee.

Heights House Hotel reserves the right to refuse housing of any pet at its sole discretion for any reason.

Outside the guest room, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times and owners must clean up after their pet. Cat owners must provide their own litter and litter boxes for their pet.

If a complaint is received about a noisy or aggressive pet, the owner will be contacted. If the problem persists the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property and my be held responsible for any complaints received from other guests due to the pet.

Heights House Hotel is not responsible for unattended pets that may exit the guest room entry door.

We reserve the right to refuse housekeeping services for those guest rooms with an unattended pet not confined to a carrier.

Guest will be held responsible for any damage caused by or liability arising from his/her pet to any person, the guest room or any other area of the hotel and will be charged.  Payment of the pet fee does not relieve the guest of this responsibility.
